Buddhamoji collects as little as possible.

What we collect. Browsing and copying stickers and symbols requires no account, and nothing about you is sent to us. If you sign in to share stickers you made, we store an anonymous user ID, and your sign-in provider (Apple or Google) shares the email address of your account with our authentication service, where it is used only to operate your account. If you use Sign in with Apple, you can choose Hide My Email. Your name is never stored, even if your provider offers it.

Stickers you share. When you post a sticker you made, the sticker image and its text are uploaded to our server and shown to other Buddhamoji users, tied only to your anonymous ID. You can remove your shared stickers at any time with a long press, and deleting your account removes all of them.

Content moderation. Posts with abusive, hateful, or political content are removed automatically and through user reports, which are handled within 24 hours. Accounts that repeatedly violate this are permanently banned from sharing.

Delete your data or account. To delete a sticker you posted: in the app, go to the Stickers tab → User-made, long-press your sticker, and tap Delete. To delete your account and all associated data (account, posted stickers, and images): open Menu → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent; no data is retained after deletion. Stickers saved on your device are yours and stay.

Purchases. Buddhamoji Pro is a one-time purchase handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play. If you are signed in when you purchase or restore, we record that your account owns Pro so it stays unlocked across your devices.

Advertising. Free users may see ads served by Google AdMob. Ad identifiers are used by Google only to serve ads; we do not use them for anything else. Buddhamoji Pro removes all ads.

Update check. When you open the app, it asks the App Store or Google Play whether a newer version of Buddhamoji is available, so it can tell you when new stickers are out. That request sends only the app’s own identifier.

What stays on your device. Your recently used stickers and the stickers you make are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app removes them.

Stickers you copy. When you tap a sticker, the image is placed on your device’s clipboard. What you do with it afterwards is handled entirely by the app you paste it into. Buddhamoji is not involved.

Children. Buddhamoji does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Signing in requires an Apple or Google account, which have their own age requirements.

Changes. If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above.
